# Fraction Flip Book: An Interactive Math Manipulative for Grades 3-5

Included here is a fraction FlipBook for students. I give this to my students as a reference tool. Build this with your students in one day, have them place it into their math folders for quick reference in the future when they may get stuck or just need a visual representation of a fraction, a fraction number line, or a shaded fraction circle.

After each of the fraction bar pages (as shown on the cover above), there is a page where students work on shading and understanding fraction circles, as well as fraction number lines. Fraction pages include 1/2, 1/3, 1/4, 1/6, 1/8, 1/10, 1/12.

I promise this is VERY easy to print and very easy for the kids to put together. All the kids need to do is color, cut on the dotted line of each page, and start learning!! :)

Thanks for looking and I hope your students enjoy and learn a ton!

This Number Line Scoot game is a fun whole group activity you can use to practice, review, or assess counting to 120. I love it because it gives my students a chance to move around the room! To play, put a scoot card on each desk. Students will start at their own desks. They figure out the missing number and write it in the correct space on their answer sheet. When you say "scoot!" {around 30 seconds or so}, the students rotate in one direction to work on the next problem, recording their answer. Scoot is over when they return to their own desks with a completed recording sheet.
