This is a perfect game to use at the beginning of the school year to emphasize the importance of collaboration. Students will play three rounds of a memory game involving math symbols--the first time they play alone, then in partners, finally in a group. Almost all students will do better in the game with a partner and almost all partners will do better with a whole group!
