Free Gingerbread Baking Center- Number Recognition

This free download is a number recognition "baking" center. This Gingerbread Baking Center allows students to practice matching the number in standard form with the number in word form, as well as a ten frame illustration. To complete this center, students find the three cards that go together and place them on the baking pan. For differentiated instruction, use only the numbers and ten frames or numbers and words. To increase the difficulty, have students record their answers. This would also be a great method of assessment for number recognition.
