New Years Activities

This is a stand alone set of 3 activities for the beginning of January. All of the activities are based off the 1st grade Common Core Standards. However, they would be great to differentiate lessons with Kindergarten and 2nd grade students.

Included Are:
Parts of Speech Sort - nouns, verbs, adjectives, conjunctions, demonstratives, articles, pronouns, and prepositions.

ABC Order - There are 4 sets of words to put in ABC order. The first two sets only go by the first letter. The second two sets of words have several multiple beginning letters. A recording sheet is included.

Addition\u002FSubtraction Match - There are 4 sets of problems. One of the addition sets is doubles and the other is random problems. One set of the subtraction sets is also doubles and the other is random problems. A recording sheet is included.
